Platform Engineering productizes the paved road: an internal platform where the secure, observable, deployable path is also the easiest one. Product teams consume infrastructure through self-service golden paths; platform teams treat those paths as products with users, roadmaps, and adoption metrics — not ticket queues. OpsRoadmaps assesses it through golden-path adoption (what share of production services were born on the platform), self-service provisioning lead time, platform reliability treated with the same SLOs as product, and the feedback loop between platform users and the platform roadmap.
