CloudOps is the day-to-day operation of cloud estate: account and subscription structure, identity and network guardrails, infrastructure as code, patching, and backup/restore that is tested rather than assumed. The cloud did not remove operations — it moved it into policy, automation, and spend dashboards. OpsRoadmaps assesses CloudOps through IaC coverage of production resources, guardrail enforcement (denied by policy, not by memo), backup restore verification with recorded RTO/RPO, and estate hygiene: orphaned resources, unpatched images, and the invoices nobody owns.
