Analytics & privacy

We measure whether the product works — never what your assessments contain. Analytics here is first-party, aggregate, and one click to opt out.

What we collect

  • Which public focus-area pages are viewed (page id only).
  • Assessments started, completed, and abandoned — the assessment's public template slug and whether it was a reassessment or an organization run.
  • Roadmaps generated and roadmap items completed (counts and priority bands).
  • Reports generated and PDF generation failures (report type and failure stage).
  • Searches performed (result counts only — never the query text).
  • One-click feedback: whether a recommendation was helpful or a score felt fair.

What we never collect

No answers, findings text, evidence, report contents, organization names, or free-form feedback text ever enter the analytics stream. The event schema is a fixed allowlist (enumerations, opaque ids, and counts) validated before anything is stored, and we run no third-party marketing or advertising analytics — nothing is forwarded off this server. Events are kept as aggregate first-party data to improve the product.

Your choice

These are strictly first-party, aggregate product metrics with no profiling or cross-site tracking, so there is no consent banner — just a durable opt-out that applies to every event, on every page, for this browser.

You are included in first-party product analytics (aggregate funnel and quality counts only).
